Knowlton Rings

Knowlton Rings is one of three Henge's, although only one is now properly visible. The focal point is the later built Norman Church (now ruins). The henge itself is actually in a very good condition considering the other two are ruined. There is a round barrow in a nearby field. Interestingly, there are two Yew Trees that are used for votive offerings. Knowlton Rings can be found just off the B3078 between Wimborne to Cranborne. Parking is limited.
